Travelling north from your pick up location from Christchurch, arrive at your first stop at the beautiful Waipara Springs: one of the oldest and most popular wineries of the region. Enjoy wine tastings and a delicious pattered lunch (if option is selected - you will be here longer).

Your next stop is Torlesse Wines: a winery named after early Cantabrian resident Charles Torlesse. Here you will be able to sample wines including their Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and more.

Your next stop is to one of the grandest wineries of the region: Waipara Hills. Their knowledgeable will give you plenty of information on their excellent wine during your tastings of whites and reds.

Stop At: Pegasus Bay Winery, 263 Stockgrove Road RD2, Amberley, Christchurch 7482 New Zealand

Your final stop will be the stunning winery of Pegasus Bay: a family owned winery who have been producing wine since the seventies. Taste some fantastic wines including sauvignon semillon, reisling, and more.
