Whale watching

Whales, so majestic and so mysterious. Dreaming of observing them in their natural environment?

This is possible. During a 3 hours excursion on board of one of our speedboats our skippers will try to show you the whales living along the west coast of Mauritius.

Humpback whales  can be observed between June and November while Sperm whales can be observed almost all year round.

Don't forget your cameras!

Meeting point of this amazing excursion is La Preneuse, Black River, Mauritius. At 10 am you will take place on one of our speed boats. Our staff will use hydrophones to try to localize the whales living along the west coast. Their breath can also help to localize them. One on site the crew will give you more information about this majestic marine mammals. We will respect approach rules in order not to disturb them. Don't forget your cameras to immortalize this wonderful moment.

Return 1pm.During the trip we will offer your refreshments and a sandwich.
