Wine & Evo Oil Tasting with Saffron Meal

Podere la Marronaia is a small family-run farm in San Gimignano dedicated to the cultivation of grapes and olives and the production of wines and extra virgin olive oil. In 2000, all production was converted to an organic method of cultivation and 3 years ago we decided to convert our kind of farming in the Biodynamic one that involves the use of only natural products exploiting the natural fertility of the soil and considering the entire ecosystem. In 2003, all products became organic certified, and now we're obtaining the biodynamic one.

During the tasting a member of our family will guide you through a real tuscan experience, with tasty dishes based on Saffron, a typical product of San Gimignano.
