Wine Tasting & Winter Lunch by the Fireplace

When outside it's cold, the wind blows and the rain falls incessantly, what could be better than a good meal in front of the fireplace?
So we decided, just for the winter period, to create an experience to warm your heart and soul;
a tasting of our best organic products accompanied by a rich lunch based on typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition.
You will start the experience by visiting our Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano.
You will continue immersing yourself in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our farm with the tasting of our wines and organic oils combined with the best traditional dishes.
Winter Lunch includes:
- Mixed appetizer with bruschetta, salami, and Tuscan cheeses
- Pasta of the day
- A dish of meat
- Hot drink and dessert
- Vinsanto or Sangiovese Chinato
- Tasting of our wines and organic oils

Itinerary

Enjoy a private organic tasting of wines, extra virgin olive oils paired with a Winter Lunch by the fireplace in our old farmhouse. Be fully immersed in a real Tuscan farm starting with the visit of our Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano. The Tuscan winter lunch includes the tasting of 4/5 own produced organic wines and 6 extra virgin olive oils. Just a few minutes' walks from San Gimignano town center, with a spectacular view on the Medieval towers of the town. An Italian/ English-speaking member of the staff will follow you in the activity with a professional and family warm welcome.
