World Wars in Romania day trip from Bucharest

Enjoy an day trip to the old border between Romania and the Austrian - Hungarian Empire.You will meet your guide in the central square of Bucharest, Piata Unirii in front of Starbucks. 5 minutes walking distance where your coach is waiting,  will jump on your AC bus and head north to Sinaia.

You will meet your guide in Bucharest , will jump on your AC coach and head north to visit one of the most spectacular places in Romania. On the old border between Romania and Austrian-Hungarian Empire you still can see the "marks" left from the World Wars. Will stop by the Peles Castle in Sinaia and talk about the implication of the Romanian Royal family in the wars , about the importance of this place considered by many the Crown Jewel of the Royal house. Next stop is going to be the Memorial Cemetery of the Unknown Soldier where are resting our heroes that lost their lives in the Great War . Your journey will continue even further north to Brasov , 45 km north from Sinaia , the first major city in Transylvania liberated by the Romanian troops from the occupation of the Austrian imperial troops. After lunch in the old town on a traditional Romania  restaurant will walk around the old city and try to discover the beauty of one of the most important Romanian cities. 

Later on will jump on the bus and head back to Bucharest where your guide will recommend a good place for dinner , not before a small history about the city , about the implication of Romanian politicians  in the World Wars , the raise of Communist and the Fascist parties and their role in Romania's position on both Wars.
