For P/A ( Port to Airport)
The driver will meet you at the pick up area of arrival hall with your name tab. The free waiting time is 2 hours. Then the driver will take you to Pudong airport. You need to provide the pick-up name, pick-up time, name of ship and flight number when you book the transfer service.

For A/P ( Airport to Port)
The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall of airport with your name tab. You need to provide the flight number, pick-up name and name of ship when you book the transfer service.

• Tips are not included, these are at your discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 2 hours. After this time you need pay extra charge to the driver which is USD6/30 min or the the vehicle will be released.
• **If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.**
• **If your pick up/drop off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.**
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
