Zakopane & Tatra Mountains Regular Tour from Krakow with private option

A day trip to the breathtaking winter capital of Poland at the foot of the Tatra mountains, the place where tradition meets nature and one of the most captivating landscapes in the country. The city of Zakopane, about 100 km south of Krakow, hometown to polish ski jumpers, provides plenty of attractions for a full day of relaxing or engaging sightseeing.

The trip lasts approximately around 8 hours. The drive to Zakopane from Krakow is about 2 h one way. Attractions include a ride on the Funicular Railway, built in 1938 for the World Skiing Championship FIS, up and down Gubałówka (1120 m altitude) for one of the most beautiful views of the landscape; a stroll down Krupówki, the towns main strip; the ski jump; the Old Little Church, constructed between 1846 and 1847 with the oldest cemetery and a visit to the Museum of Regional Art and Culture.
