Le Domaine de Bois Chéri, located on the Highlands from the South of the island to about 500 meters above sea level, offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of tea.

Let's follow the steps of the tea pluckers through the oldest tea plantations in Mauritius and learn the traditional techniques of the picking.

Bois Chéri is the first tea plantation in Mauritius dates back to 1892.

Visiting the Bois Chéri is the second stop in the Mauritian Tea Route (the first stop is the Domaine des Aubineaux).
