A quick word about the place...
The French Polynesian island is surround by a lagoon and barrier reef. At the center of the island is an extinct volcano that forms two peaks: Mount Pahia and Mount Otemanu. Bora Bora is best known for its overwater bungalows, romantic setting, and emerald waters. It provides the perfect environment to relax and get away from it all. The waters are so clear you can easily see to the bottom. Though you’ll see more sea life (manta rays, turtles, and dolphins) and coral walls if you do a dive or go snorkeling. St Barts has long been considered a playground of the rich and famous and is known for its beautiful pristine beaches, gourmet dining in chic restaurants and high-end designer shopping. There is one small airport that can only accomodate small prop planes from St Martin and San Juan, and the harbor is too small to accomodate cruise ships. The fact that it is hard to get to is part of the island's appeal. St. Bart’s gets more than 300 sunny days per year, on average, which is why it’s the perfect vacation destination if you’re looking for a relaxing beach get-away. There are 14 beaches...
