One of the busiest streets in Kutaisi but there are many places to visit - bunch of cafes, bakeries and restaurants. The Avenue is spacious with many trees on the sides and it's nice to walk in the shade during a warm day.
I loved the detailed work of the monastery! It looks beautiful and all's made of teak wood. It's pleasant to walk around and just admire the building. There are some shops outside to buy gifts, souvenirs and snacks.
The bricks of this pagoda look as though the builder placed them with a lot of care. Every detail is perfect. Many people come here for the sunset and as terraces are small it gets very crowded. I'd recommend visiting earlier.
