The Lehman Caves Picnic Area is located just north of Lehman Caves Visitor Center. It has several accessible tables and fire grills. Restrooms and water are available in the summer season.

Malumpati Spring & Bugang River are one of the most beautiful features in western Visayas. The river starts somewhere in the middle of the jungle and has perfectly clear, tourquoise water. It’s named a spring but it might be an underground river, given the volume of water and number of caves in the region.
Mather Overlook, approximately eight miles up the Wheeler Peak Scenic Drive, has a picnic table, wooden deck, viewing telescope, restroom, and incredible views of the Lehman Creek drainage. From this vantage you have a view of 12,771 ft Jeff Davis Peak, with 13,063 Wheeler Peak beyond.
This accessible day use picnic area is located on the north side of Big Bear Lake and is adjacent to the Serrano Campground. Each picnic table has a barbecue grill. Restroom facilities are flush toilets. Check with the Discovery Center for current fire restrictions.
