Marl Springs is located in Mojave National Preserve along the Mojave Road (Mohave Trail/Old Government Road) on the on the east side of the Marl Mountains. Many deserted structures and ruins now occupy the site. Crumbling rock walls mark the site of the old Army post that was erected by John Drum and his troops in 1867.
Mather Campground is located on the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park and open year-round. Offers tent and RV camping.
