Windmill Viewpoint is located not too far from Promthep Cape but is less touristic and crowded. There are many windmills on the hill which is the reason behind the name of the viewpoint.
This site is south of Spirit Lake at the end of Forest Road 99. This site accesses the area devastated by the 1980 eruption and is a top location to view this area.
