Kyar Hto Village lays roughly 20km south from Mindat. You can walk there along the road, first down the mountain to the river, cross the bridge and hike up. As most of the way is on the dust road you can rent a motorbike or jump on the pick up of the locals passing by.
Located approximately 5 miles east of Shark Valley, this gravel and grass road is a straight path into Shark Valley Slough. Parrallels a canal where alligators, snakes, turtles, and fish can be seen frequently. During the winter months the path is a great bird spotting area as well.
The Labyrinth slot canyon can be found at the end of Labyrinth Bay, directly across from Gunsight Bay. Experience the same beautiful, colorful, and smooth sandstone walls found in the famous Antelope Canyon.

The Boardwalk bridges the 1.3-mile gap that had historically required trail visitors to endure vehicle traffic as they traveled along Riverside Drive and IH-35 to connect back to the route. The Boardwalk is open daily from 5 a.m. until midnight. Guests will find that LED light fixtures allow visitors to safely walk the trail.
