One of the best known points on GC-200 has always been Mirador del Balcon, a viewpoint where you can see virtually the entire coast from Los Bajones to Punta de Sardina, as well as Tenerife and Mount Teide. The lookout perched at the top of a series of towering sea cliffs nicknamed the "Dragon's Tail."
Mirador El Tabonal Negro is a viewpoint in Teide National Park. Good views on the ancient lava streams from the many volcanoes in this area as well, so make sure to spot the different colourings in the landscape as well.

The Pico del Inglés is one of the highest mountains in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the island of Tenerife, at 990 meters above sea level. It is located in the Macizo de Anaga and there is a viewpoint there.
