The Whole Enchilada encompasses 2 trails that are located inside the Sand Flats Recreation Area – The Lower Porcupine Single track and the Porcupine Rim Bike Trail. It starts out at 10000ft, and climb about another 1400 to Burro Pass, then the downhill insanity starts.

Offroad or mountain bike Willow Flats Road (BLM 378) in Arches National Park connects Hwy 191 with Willow springs Road and then Arches Scenic Drive. The Courthouse Wash crossing is often impassable. The trail is best used from March until September.
