Ball hut is a standard 3-bunk hut in the Aoraki/Mount Cook area.
Bookings not required - first come, first served. Hut fees can be paid at the Visitor Centre with cash, eftpos, Backcountry Hut Pass or Backcountry Hut Tickets.
Ball Pass Crossing is a demanding 2 - 3 day alpine route, crossing the Mount Cook Range between the Hooker and Tasman Valleys.
