Make sure to start your day early having a breakfast and visiting the wonderful "Forte de Copacabana"! Arrive early cause there is always big lines! As soon as you enter in the Historic Fort make sure to rush to the "Confeitaria Colombo" and ask for a table with view to the Copacaba Beach (if you arrived early enough it won't take long!) now you can go explore the fort and it's museums and they will call you when your table is ready! Enjoy 💙
Cape Perpetua Scenic Area includes everything from tide pools at the edge of the ocean to a dramatic cleft in the rocks where the waves come crashing in. There are over 20 miles of hiking trails here. But you don't have to be a hiker to enjoy this place - much of it can be seen with short easy walks on level paved surfaces.
Boston is a great walking city. I love strolling down the tree-lined streets, wondering what is inside each brownstone. You can also explore many U.S. historical sites and not be bored! Oh and the seafood! Soooo tasty.
Bangkok has so much in offer that everyone would find something for themselves. The food is easy to find, it's literally everywhere and there's a big choice of dishes. You can go shopping to any centre of your choice, visit temples, parks, ladyboy cabarets and other performances. If you go around you'll get floating markets, more temples and rural life experience. Worth to visit at least for a few days but stay close to BTS as it's the easiest and most reliable mean of transport in the city.
We drove right by it. It’s not clearly marked, but it’s at the Oregon trail site. Nothing there but a pamphlet. You can NOT go to the site. There is absolutely nothing to see! They have a small visitor center 15 minutes away in the town. A few skulls and the horse skeleton.
The visitor center is small but the staff is very knowledgeable about the site. Due to concerns with earth movement, you can’t see the actual dig site. The trails are well marked and have information signs throughout the trail. You can see the wagon wheel ruts from the original Oregon trail.
Walked from the 9th tower down after taking sky lift up. Went in December, it was a bit chilly there was very little people. Absolutely amazing views and would love to go back.
